Per your request, here are my photos to document my progress! I would normally wait a month, but since some of you have been wondering, bam! Here it is! All healed up and glowing!
I am on a regular anti-aging routine and am on a good skin care regimen, so this is more of a maintenance procedure for me. I will check back in with another photo one month out. I know you will see the difference then! Funny enough, I can see an improvement in person more than
I can see in photos.
Plus, let's not even get started on how my hormones caused a new pimple (that you totally see on my after) and have me bloated. Lovely! I now have documented proof that PMS is real! HAHAHAHA
Glowing my ass.........

Want that dewy glow?
Sure, make up certainly can play a role, but it's more than that. It's all about the canvas.
Good Skin Is In!
Dewy skin cocktail: 1. monthly exfoliation, 2. good products, 3. quality mineral make up and stay hydrated!
1. Monthly hydrafacial or skinceuticals micropeel - no downtime & skin glows immediately.
2. SKIN CARE! Whatever touches your skin everyday dictates it's behavior.
Oily/Combination skin: Retinol 🌙 & Antioxidant plus SPF ☀️️
Dry/Mature skin: Glycolic 🌙 & Hyaluronic Acid plus SPF ☀️️
Mix a self tanner with your night cream
to get a sun kissed glow without the damage.
I know it sounds crazy, but try it! It works!
Instead of having a moisturizer that masks the problem, try a hydrating treatment product that heals it.
A few of my faves:
Great for oily skin or combination skin. Antiaging + Moisture
Literally the best hydrator for all skin types.
3. With good mineral make up, I like the usual suspects.........Glo Minerals, Colorescience and my newest obsession, PACIFICA. They are super healthy and have great foundations! My fave is the Pacifica Alight Multi-Mineral BB Cream
I put it on first on the areas I want to highlight only and then the rest of my normal routine. It's fab!
4. Most importantly, drink your water! Staying hydrated is key.

Advanced Fluorescence Technology
This is a photo of what AFT can do in one treatment. It is not touched up and she is not wearing make up. It's phenomenal! In a perfect world, having 3 treatments is preferred, but with one you will see a fantastic change! Every person reacts a little differently, but my gosh! One treatment can improve any amount of sun damage, tighten pore size and give you a healthy glow.
It's best to do this procedure when you aren't in the sun, so now would be the best time!! It takes about 45 minutes and for the following week, your freckles will get darker and flake off. You can cover it with make up but don't make any big plans for photos that week. lol

Here comes summer! I mean, seriously! Spring break is less than a month away!!! Are you bathing suit ready?!?
We have a wonderful, non-invasive solution that is quick and easy! I know I have told you guys before, but I LOVE it so I want everyone to know about it! lol
Before-- One month later I did a second treatment --After
It takes a couple of months for the full results to set in, so starting sooner than later is best!
Here is a link to our Coolsculpting page at work, in case you want to come see me or get mor info:

The fountain of youth can be found in your blood! lol Well, kinda...... So PRP is Plasma-rich Protein.
PRP is your own blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets. PRP contains several different growth factors & many cytokines that can stimulate healing, which in turn increases your natural collagen production and does so much anti-aging with it!
Your naturally derived PRP is used in conjunction with the microneedling and is delivered deep within the tissue. Essentially it is stimulating collagen from below and above, which increases the amount of collagen bundling you get. That's what the black dots in the photo above represent.
The young lady pictured above had a series of six in a row. She did one every six weeks or so. These photos have not been touched up. She had Botox around the eyes, a little mid-face filler and Microneedling with PRP. Pretty dramatic, right?!
